Switch-a-roo healthy Thanksgiving stuffing

Life With Lydia Version: 47 cals, 1 g fat, 10 carbs, 2 g protein
Traditional: 1 Cup, 354 Cals, 19 fat, 44 carbs, 6 protein
- 4 slices of bread (we used Healthy Life 100% whole wheal whole grain with 5 carbs and 35 cals a slice -- this is a regular on our shopping list)
- Chopped apple
- Chopped onion
- Chopped celery
- Cubed bread
- Garlic, salt, rosemary, thyme
Little oil in a pan
Saute onion & celery together
Toast bread cubes in toaster oven
Add in spices at the end to saute
Mix and serve
